10 DAYS TOUR IN MOROCCO FROM FES

Your journey starts in Fes el Bali, the old part of the city founded in 789 ACE. Begin at the famous Bab Boujeloud gate and walk along the main street of Talâa Kebira. Admire the Spanish and Tunisian-influenced architecture as you pass shops and markets, looking for gifts and souvenirs. Visit the 11th-century Chouara Tannery to see traditional leather-making processes.

Next, head to Fes el Jdid, the “new city” founded in the 13th century, and admire the beautiful tile work at the 14th-century Al Attarine Madrasa. Enjoy panoramic views of the city from the Mellah, the old Jewish area and cemetery. If time allows, explore Ville Nouvelle to see the contrast in architecture.

The day will end with some free time for you to explore Fes at your own pace before heading to your accommodation

On the second day, you will leave Fes and drive to Chefchaouen, a beautiful blue city in the Rif Mountains. Enjoy the scenic views of the mountains along the way. Once you arrive in Chefchaouen, you will have free time time explore the charming streets, colorful buildings, and local shops. Don’t miss Rass el Ma, a charming spot where a natural spring flows from the mountains. It’s a serene place with clear, cool water and traditional water mills. You can sit by the spring and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while watching locals gather water

In the afternoon, For breathtaking views of , you can climb to the Spanish Mosque head to the top of the town. From there, you  will see stunning panoramas of Chefchaouen’s blue-painted buildings set against the backdrop of the Rif Mountains and the sunset view. 

In the evening, you can join the main square, Outa el Hammam, which is the heart of the town. This vibrant square is surrounded by traditional cafes and shops, offering a lively place to relax and enjoy local life. Your day in Chefchaouen will be full of wonderful views, cultural experiences, and tasty food.

Afterward, we head to Khamlia village, inhabited by people originally came from sub-Saharan countries like Mali, Sudan, and Nigert. In the late afternoon, after relaxing at the hotel, you will prepare for an amazing camel ride into the heart of the dunes to watch the stunning sunset. On the way, we will stop in Arfoud, where you can visit a workshop that showcases fossilized marble. The 10 days in Morocco continues through the beautiful palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, where we will stop for lunch. We will then head to Todgha Gorge, known for its stunning high red cliff-sided canyons, which are ideal for rock climbing. Explore the gorges at your own pace, marvel at the natural beauty, and enjoy the surroundings.

after having launch we drive to the Dades Valley, passing through Boumalne Dades. We will make stops to view the famous “monkey fingers” rock formations and a scenic spot atop a mountain with stunning views of the Dades Valley.  Finally, drop you off at your Hotel  for the overnight

After breakfast, we will head to Kalaa Magouna to explore the Rose Valley. If you visit in May, you may also attend the annual Rose Festival, where locals showcase rose products like perfume, rose water, oil, and decorations. We will then pass through the palm trees of Skoura to reach Ouarzazate.

In Ouarzazate, we will visit the studios where many famous films have been shot. We will then proceed to the renowned Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a fortified town recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This famous Kasbah has been featured in various movies and TV series, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and Game of Thrones.

After exploring this notable Kasbah, we will continue the 10 days tour in Morocco from Fes heading to Marrakech. we will drive through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains. The guide will take you to see famous places like Jemaa El Fna square, where you can watch street performers, the tall Koutoubia Mosque, and the old Saadian tombs. You will also walk through the old medina, a historic area with narrow streets, markets, and shops.

In the afternoon, you will visit the beautiful Majorelle Gardens, filled with colorful flowers and plants. You will also get to see the new part of Marrakech and take a look at the tall Koutoubia tower. After that, the guide will take you back to your hotel. In the evening, you can go back to Jemaa El-Fna to explore the market stalls and try local foods on your own.
