This 5 days tour from Tangier to Casablanca starts with exploring Tangier’s old fortress and the Cave of Hercules. After a full day in Chefchaouen, you will continue the Tangier to Casablanca 5 days tour  to Fes, stopping at the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historic city of Meknes. In Fes, you’ll explore the old city, famous for its narrow streets and leather tanneries. Finally, you’ll visit Rabat to see the Oudaya Kasbah and the Hassan Tower, before ending the tour in Casablanca with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque.

5 Days tour From Tangier to Casablanca

Day 1TANGIER– RIF MOUNTAINS – CHEFCHAOUEN

The 5 Days Tour form Tangier to Casablanca starts with a pick you up from the port or airport in Tangier. Firstly, we will explore Tangier, starting with the Kasbah, an old fortress offering panoramic views of the city and the Strait of Gibraltar. Then, see the famous Cave of Hercules, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. After exploring Tangier, we will begin our drive through the beautiful Rif Mountains toward the blue town of Chefchaouen. 

Once we arrive in Chefchaouen, don’t forget your camera to capture the beautiful scenery and make lasting memories. Checking into your accommodation and overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 2FULL FREE DAY IN CHEFCHAOUEN

Today you will be free to explore the Blue city of Chefchaouen. After breakfast you can walk through the streets painted in blue and capture the beautiful scenery and make lasting memories. Wander the Medina’s winding alleys, where you will see beautiful scenes. Don’t miss Rass el Ma, a charming spot where a natural spring flows from the mountains. It’s a serene place with clear, cool water and traditional water mills. You can sit by the spring and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while watching locals gather water

In the afternoon, For breathtaking views of , you can climb to the Spanish Mosque head to the top of the town. From there, you  will see stunning panoramas of Chefchaouen’s blue-painted buildings set against the backdrop of the Rif Mountains and the sunset view. 

In the evening, you can join the main square, Outa el Hammam, which is the heart of the town. This vibrant square is surrounded by traditional cafes and shops, offering a lively place to relax and enjoy local life. Your day in Chefchaouen will be full of wonderful views, cultural experiences, and tasty food. 

 

Day 3CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES

Today morning you can climb to the Spanish Mosque head to the top of the town. From there, you  will see stunning panoramas of Chefchaouen’s blue-painted buildings set against the backdrop of the Rif Mountains.  After breakfast in Chefchaouen, we will head to Fes. On the way, we will stop at the UNESCO-protected Roman ruins of Volubilis. This large site, founded in the third century BCE and abandoned nearly a thousand years later, was once a wealthy city in the Roman Empire.

Next, on this 5 days Tangier to Casablanca tour, we will go to Meknes, a 17th-century city that was once Morocco’s capital. Wander through the charming old town, featuring the famous Bab el Mansour gate. Admire the gate’s detailed designs and carvings, and visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, a sacred place dedicated to the famous Sultan Moulay Ismail. After lunch, we will head to Fes, for the overnight. 

Day 4GUIDED TOUR IN FES

After breakfast at your Riad, you’ll meet our local guide and dive into the rich history and culture of Fes as you explore its winding narrow streets.

Your journey starts in Fes el Bali, the old part of the city founded in 789 ACE. Begin at the famous Bab Boujeloud gate and walk along the main street of Talâa Kebira. Admire the Spanish and Tunisian-influenced architecture as you pass shops and markets, looking for gifts and souvenirs. Visit the 11th-century Chouara Tannery to see traditional leather-making processes.

Next, head to Fes el Jdid, the “new city” founded in the 13th century, and admire the beautiful tile work at the 14th-century Al Attarine Madrasa. Enjoy panoramic views of the city from the Mellah, the old Jewish area and cemetery. If time allows, explore Ville Nouvelle to see the contrast in architecture.

The day will end with some free time for you to explore Fes at your own pace before heading to your accommodation

the last day of 5 Days Tour From Tangier to Casablanca you’ll depart from Fes and travel to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. In Rabat, you’ll visit the Oudaya Kasbah, a historic fortress built in the 12th century during the Almohad dynasty, offering beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Next, you’ll explore the Hassan Tower, an unfinished minaret that dates back to the 12th century and was intended to be the largest in the world. You’ll also visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a stunning example of modern Alaouite dynasty architecture, where King Mohammed V and his sons are buried.

After soaking in the history and culture of Rabat, you’ll continue to Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city. Here, you’ll visit the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, completed in 1993. The mosque is renowned for its stunning architecture, with a breathtaking location right on the Atlantic coastline. After exploring Casablanca we will drop you of at your accommodation. this will be the end of Tangier to Casablanca 5 Days tour.
